Becoming Present: 7-min Meditation

Becoming present is the art of mindfulness. Our presence allows us to live fully in the moment, to become aware of what is happening in and around us, and to recognize the wonders of life. This meditation uses breath awareness and mantra to help you arrive and be in the moment and is open to all levels of practitioners. Practice at any time, seated or lying down
