Optional: Journal on the following prompts:

  • What am I holding in my body that makes me feel tight, tense, restricted, limited, closed off?

  • Releasing the above, how does my body feel?

  • Where in my body can I cultivate openness, lightness, curiosity?

  • In cultivating trust, what does this feel like in my body? How do I know when I am moving and being with trust?
