Soul Stretch

alternating mondays and thursdays (60-mins)

Soul stretch is my version of yin yoga. In it, you’ll take care of yourself on all levels of the being - body, mind, emotions, and spirit - to cultivate calm and balance. We’ll hold and breathe through poses between 1 - 5 minutes to target the fascia tissue and activate your meridian (energy) lines for more flow and ease. This practice increases flexibility, calms the mind, and is a great balance to busy days / your dynamic practices like running, cycling, weight work. Mindfulness, meditation and breath work are offered throughout the session to give you a chance to surrender, connect inward, and find ease.

Mindful Movement

alternating mondays (60-mins)

Movement is healing, whether it is for 10, 30 or 60 mins. These practices invite you to explore and get curious about HOW you move by creating new pathway of movement between mind and body. Meditation and breath work included for grounding and balance.

Deep Rest

alternating thursdays (60-mins)

Deep rest aka Restorative Yoga is the art of deep relaxation. Using lots of props (pillows, cushions, blankets) we invite the body to actively relax, soften, and surrender. In learning how to deeply relax, we rest body, mind and spirit to feel restored and rejuvenated for the week ahead. Mindfulness, meditation and breath work are offered to support you to relax deeply.

Mindfulness Meditation + Breath Work

wednesdays (30-mins)

This session style combines the techniques of mindfulness, meditation, breath work, energy activation and writing prompts to cultivate harmony and balance between the mind and body. Each session is unique and different.
