🧘♀️Let go of held tension, tightness and stress with this 60-min yin yoga practice.
Slow it down and go inward as we breathe deeply and calmly through heart and hip opening poses. In yin yoga we hold poses between 1 - 5 minutes to target the fascia, connective tissue in the body while activating meridian (energy) lines and create space to nourish ourselves.
This practice is meditative in nature and a great way to connect and nourish the body, mind and spirit. Mindfulness cues and guidance throughout the class allow us to nurture our calm, peace and joy.
