60-min yin yoga sequence to gently let go of tension, tightness and the habit behaviour of doing things fast
Breathwork to increase energy and vitality
Guided meditation to move into a deeper state of calm and clarity
Journaling prompts to enhance self awareness and tap into your intuition and creativity
Reflection and sharing opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded beings
We’ve been conditioned to do things fast, to always be "doing" and to keep ourselves busy.
Slowing it down is a deep and nourishing practice. It allows for clarity and better focus.
By slowing it down you learn to connect back to your body, your inner wisdom, and honour what is important to you now, in this moment.
In this masterclass we combine different tools for slowing down to truly support all levels of your being — physical (yin yoga), mental (meditation), emotional (journaling) and spiritual (breathwork).

What is yin yoga:
In yin yoga we slow it down and hold poses for anywhere between 1 - 5 minutes. This style focuses on deeply stretching the fascia, connective tissue in the body and activates the meridian (energy) lines. There isn't much movement in yin, instead we focus more on the breath to create space and let props support us.
Yin is great for letting go of tension, increasing flexibility, strengthening joints and calming the mind. Yin is also a great balance to other dynamic (yang) practices you might participate in like cardio, core work, vinyasa or ashtanga yoga. It offers the yin to our yang (busy/doing) lives!

About Victoria
Victoria Nhan is a wellness entrepreneur, experienced registered yoga and mindfulness teacher, trainer and practitioner from Toronto, Canada. She is currently based in Hoi An, Vietnam.
Having taught yoga and mindfulness for over five years to thousands of people, I've seen how transformative it is to be present and cultivate a calm state of being, both for life and business.
I believe everything is created from a calm state of being. When the mind is busy and full, it is difficult to think and do anything clearly or effectively. When we cultivate a calm state of being, we can better understand ourselves, improve our relationships with loved ones, and grow our businesses.
As an entrepreneur of two wellness based businesses, mindfulness has taught me how to better understand myself, and in turn, empower myself on the entrepreneur journey.
Using mindful tools backed by science and rooted in ancient Zen teachings, mindfulness has allowed me to build a strong foundation for focus, calm, clarity and remaining authentic to who I am and how I want to support others.
During unpredictable and challenging times, like we are facing globally right now, mindfulness is my foundation. It has kept me grounded and allowed me to adapt and remain resilient during times of anxiety and stress so that I can still create and grow my business, without getting lost in my emotions or the opinions of others. And, you can learn these skills too.
