My soul is on FIRE

Happy Equinox! Happy Aries season! Happy astrological new year! Happy all the things.

Wow, am I feeling an energy shift right now. Are you?

I had an experience today that I felt like I just had to write about and share with you.

I woke up this morning and felt like I needed to get outside. So I went for a walk and decided I'd sit indoors at a cafe to breathe, journal, read and observe the world around me.

I ended up writing the following poem / conversation I wanted to have with me soul. The words just poured out of me.

Soul. Soul. Soul. Soul. Soul.

Soul is everywhere.

Soul messages are everywhere.

Appearing in my field of awareness so much more prominently as I welcome it the f*ck in.

Hi Soul! I see you. You're so welcomed here.

I want you here. Thank you for being here.

I'm SOUL excited for what we'll create together.

Afterwards, I decided I'd pull an oracle card, asking my Soul what message it had for me. I shuffled and picked a card right in the coffee shop (the first time ever in public, and frankly, not giving a poop about being judged or eyeballed or eye rolled).

The card was I remember. Soul plan. The fated life vs the destined life. It invited me to reflect on the question, “what are you being called to do to surrender to your soul's plan?” So I felt into it and word dumped some more into my journal.

It felt so (soul) FREEING. Then I pulled out my phone and it was 11:11.

I feel like my soul is saying, I AM F*CKING HERE.

No need to be ashamed anymore.

No need to feel guilty or disconnected, there's space for everyone.

No need to fear being fully seen anymore.

My soul's here. Fully. It's welcomed. It's embraced. It's invited all the way in.

The last few days I've been pulling myself intentionally back. Feeling like a bit restless, extra tired, having more sleeps + naps, and deeper sleeps + naps.

These were all ways my nervous system was integrating this shift and remembrance.

It was an important part of the process. To welcome in and feel SAFE with my soul becoming more active in the symphony of my life (body, mind, heart, soul).

I've never used the word Soul so much before in my life 🤣 I always felt connection to Spirit but the word Soul felt way too out of the box for what I believed was “normal”.

But not anymore!!!
