It's been a year full of change, challenge and uncertainty. As we move into 2021, restore your body and mind and all that you've been through this year, in this special 2-hour masterclass. This masterclass will also include guided meditation for new year intention setting.
Students will be guided with mindfulness cues through a restorative yoga sequence that will allow you to deeply relax, rest and release tension, tightness, stress, and anxiety. Cultivate balance, feel restored, and be refreshed on all levels of the being - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual 🧘♀️
Distance Reiki will also be provided during the class to promote further healing and balancing. Reiki is a natural form of energy healing that promotes harmony, balance and supports your body's own natural ability to heal.

ABOUT Victoria Nhan ✨
Victoria is an experienced yoga + mindfulness teacher and Reiki Master based in Hoi An, Vietnam.
Originally from the big city of Toronto, Canada, Victoria credits the practice for changing her life, and feels very grateful to share from her experience and insights. Her teaching focuses on cultivating calm on all levels of the being: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to support one’s overall well-being and balance on and off the mat.
"Yoga and mindfulness became essential tools in my practice of taking care of myself, my body and my emotions — transforming anger, tightness and tension into space for calm, compassion and understanding.”
Her teachings and practice draw on her studies in modern yoga, Eastern philosophy from her Vietnamese roots, Zen Buddhist teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, the Plum Village spiritual community, and her teachers Hang & Sarah of saigon om.
With a more calm state of being, she easily enjoys many wonders of life including the sound of the ocean, delicious green & leafy herbs, and strong coffee. Victoria is also the founder of Yoga in Vietnam - Vietnam's leading source for yoga and wellness.
