April’s Masterclass will combine the healing, restful practices of Restorative yoga, chakra balancing, mantra, and meditation.

Focus: cultivating balance amongst the chakras (the major energy centres of the body) to cultivate balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually

What is restorative yoga:

Restorative yoga is the art of deep relaxation. This practice uses props such as pillows, blankets, blocks, towels to support the body and invite it to actively relax and release tension. It is a great practice for busy lives where tension, tightness and stress are often held. Mindfulness cues and breathwork guidance are provided during the class to help students move into deeper states of calm, ease and peace.

About your Facilitator: Victoria

Victoria Nhan is an experienced movement + mindfulness educator, coach and teacher trainer. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she is currently based in Hoi An, Vietnam.

Trained in multiple yoga, movement and meditation styles, she brings it all together by incorporating mindfulness as a way of cultivating balance on all levels of the being - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Sharing from her own personal transformation and experience teaching thousands of students, her offers are an opportunity to explore, connect and re-build an important relationship: the one you have with yourself.

Using both science backed tools and ancient teachings rooted in Buddhism (Plum Village tradition), yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki and more, her sessions focus on ​cultivating calm, clarity, reducing stress and anxiety and creating space for tapping into your authenticity.
