Stop wearing busy as a badge of honour.
I used to thrive on this idea that I was "busy"…
It was mostly for show. Thinking that if I was “busy” I was somehow more important.
… but when I really slowed down to look at it... I was "busy" doing things that didn't serve me personally, or serve my business.
When you look at your daily activities, what are you actually busy doing?
Scrolling?
Comparing?
Stressing?
Waiting for 'a sign' to land in your lap?
Hopping between Facebook and Instagram wondering what you should be doing/posting/sharing?
Instead of being busy, I invite you to be ACTIVE.
Actively nourish yourself (learn something, rest, go outside).
Actively create more freedom (financially, emotionally, mentally).
Actively do the things that move you towards your goals (take action, share your wisdom, be courageous).
I'm not saying don't work hard. I still work hard.
But I work hard with active intention, instead of working hard being busy.
With intention, you stop being "busy" to fill time and stop feeling exhausted, and instead ACTIVELY CREATING the life, relationships, and work that you want. That serves your purpose, that makes the impact and nourishment that truly supports you.

Get things done in a shorter amount of time with more focus, and less distraction.
Create content, write emails, send messages with more ease and less stress.
Take breaks and actively rest without guilt or shame.
Create more joy, excitement, inspiration and abundance in your life and work.
