My wish for us in 2022

In my last post of the year, I'm sharing with you my wishes for us in 2022.

I wish that we nurture and cultivate a compassionate relationship with ourselves.

I wish that we stop sabotaging ourselves.

I wish that we confidently live our life with authenticity.

I wish that we have the courage to take risks in life.

I wish that we stop trying to “fix” ourselves and instead know that we are already whole.

I wish that we honour our needs and put ourselves first without the shame, fear, and guilt.

I wish that we live our lives boldly.

I wish that we not dim our light for the comfort of others.

I wish that we stop trying to prove our worth, and know that we are already worthy.

I wish that we feel safe in being vulnerable.

I wish that we drop the shields around our hearts, and open ourselves up to deep love, joy and connection.

I wish that we listen to our bodies.

I wish that we learn to use your heads and our hearts, together.

I wish that we stop beating ourselves up for having feels.

I wish that we let ourselves feel.

I wish that we have the courage to ask for and receive support.

I wish that we trust ourselves.

I wish that we take care of ourselves, deeply.

I wish that we embrace our fears.

I wish that we trust ourselves and listen to our intuition.

I wish that we have actions towards our dreams, no matter how big or small.

I wish that we let ourselves slow down and rest.

I wish that we hug ourselves more often.

I wish that we have the mindset of hope, possibilities and abundance.

And lastly, I wish that you receive, embrace, and take the risk on whatever you wish for in 2022.
